This residence, located in Midtown, on the West side of Manhattan, revolves around the owner’s passion for cooking and the culinary arts. We encountered spatial limitations while on the drawing board during the design phase, and the resolving efforts have created a breathtaking design solution with a definite wow factor.

The kitchen cabinetry is highly customized, and the overall aesthetic is clean, modern, and luxurious. To give a comprehensive refresh and cohesive feel, a high-end Italian-designed wood floor by Listone Giordano has been added throughout the apartment.
