As with everything in life, things always look great “on paper” but in reality, we often find that the paper plan is different than what we see in the field. This is where our PM’s shine. Our Project Managers oversee the construction from the first day of Demolition to the last punch-list item. Throughout the process, the PM will compare the plans to the field, verify measurements, coordinate the schedule to avoid bottlenecks and guide tradesmen during installation to achieve the best possible finish. If any conflict comes up, the PM will bring it up to discussion and make recommendations before moving forward thus keeping you in the loop and keeping the project timeline on track.
