This 650 sq. ft. 1 bed 1 bath apartment, located in Gramercy Park, used strategic engagement to creatively utilize a small budget spread across various design moments worth the investment. As a client, a coastal NY girl, she used the apartment as her NYC escape.

All new custom cabinetry was incorporated into the design and construction. Classic subway tile was used to give it a sense of locality, and existing light fixtures were reconditioned as a form of intelligently transforming existing items and keeping the project within the set budget.
